E-Go-Try-Bikes Cancellation & Return Policy

Before using our e-bikes please check the applicable local laws relating to your intended use of the e-bike on roads and road related areas.


We want you to be confident in your purchase. Please review our combined cancellation and return policy below for all e-bike sales.


ORDER CANCELLATION

  • Within 24 Hours: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • After 24 Hours (Before Shipment): A 10% cancellation fee may apply to cover administrative and restocking costs.
  • After Shipment: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have shipped. However, you may still return the product under the terms outlined below.

RETURN POLICY

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Condition: The e-bike must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned items.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Custom-built e-bikes or special orders
  • Accessories marked as final sale
  • E-bikes showing signs of use or damage


REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved returns will be refunded (minus fees) to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
