Before using our e-bikes please check the applicable local laws relating to your intended use of the e-bike on roads and road related areas.

We want you to be confident in your purchase. Please review our combined cancellation and return policy below for all e-bike sales.

Within 24 Hours: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After 24 Hours (Before Shipment): A 10% cancellation fee may apply to cover administrative and restocking costs.
After Shipment: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have shipped. However, you may still return the product under the terms outlined below.

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Condition: The e-bike must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned items.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status.

Approved returns will be refunded (minus fees) to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
